Sanitization Software Examples Information Sheet
The table below provides some examples of commercially available data sanitization and/or verification software. This information is intended to highlight the wide variety of software solutions that are available for different types of data storage media and some key functionality of each. This information is only a high-level summary, based on details from each software provider’s website. Consult with the software providers for full details.
Note that this list is not comprehensive and does not list all available software solutions. In addition, this resource is not a recommendation or endorsement of any the software programs listed, nor a validation of their effectiveness.
